Job Description

Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Web Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. 

As a Web Designer at Perrill, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams to design engaging websites that are built to convert. You will work on a wide variety of projects with a focus on designing eCommerce and lead generation websites for WordPress or Magento. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of experience in web design
• Experience with responsive design layout and web design best practices
• Graphic design, typography, and color theory background
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma
• Experience optimizing designs for the web
• Portfolio that displays an understanding of user-centered design and graphic layout
• Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters, and developers
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML is desired but not required
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Salary : $60,000 to $65,000+, depending on experience

Remote candidates may be considered, but strong preference will be given to candidates available to work in our office in Minnetonka, Minnesota, at least 2 days per week.
