- W2, Contract, 6 months
- The role is primarily remote. While there may be a need for occasional in-person meetings to Houston, TX, this is negotiable and will not require extensive travel.
Overview & Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced and senior Project Management Specialist to act as a consultant for a six-month feasibility study. The goal of this project is to evaluate the viability of adding well testing and flow back services to our client's portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of this market, able to provide strategic guidance and share their knowledge with the leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a senior consultant to perform a feasibility study on well testing and flow back services.
- Provide expert knowledge to help the company understand the business and market evolution.
- Review internal simulations and assumptions related to the business and provide corrective feedback based on market expertise.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to put together a project for internal presentation.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base on well testing and flow back, a service the company does not currently offer.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in well testing and flow back services.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience will be considered, but more than 14 years is preferred.
- Must have prior experience managing a P&L for a relevant product line.
- Deep knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- The ability to perform a strategic, consultative role and provide expert guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in different geographies, such as North America and the Middle East.
- A background in executive leadership.
