Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our Health and Wellness team. The Wellness Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their overall wellbeing through lifestyle changes and healthy habits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized wellness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their wellness goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to track clients progress and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Deliver workshops and seminars on various wellness topics to educate and inspire clients
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to wellness

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion Nutrition Exercise Science or related field
• Certification as a Wellness Coach or Health Coach preferred
• Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to make positive lifestyle changes
