We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team, focusing on the overall health and wellness of our employees and clients. In this role, you will empower individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices, improve their physical fitness, and enhance their mental well-being through personalized coaching and support. You will design and implement wellness programs, provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and stress management, and foster a culture of well-being within the organization. By promoting a balanced approach to health, you will play a crucial role in helping our team members thrive both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual wellness assessments and develop tailored programs that promote physical and mental well-being.
• Provide guidance and support on nutrition, exercise plans, stress management techniques, and overall lifestyle changes.
• Facilitate wellness workshops, group sessions, and events to engage employees and promote healthy living.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust wellness plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment that encourages openness and motivation towards health goals.
• Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement company-wide wellness initiatives.
• Stay informed on the latest health and wellness trends to continuously adapt and improve coaching techniques.

Requirements

• Certification in Wellness Coaching, Health Coaching, Nutrition, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or counseling focused on wellness and holistic health.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, physical fitness, and mental health strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and motivate individuals.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and group coaching sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess individual needs and tailor wellness plans accordingly.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and commitment to supporting others in achieving their wellness goals.
