About the Position:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Coordinator to manage our office operations and coordinate our wellness programs. This role involves administrative duties, direct communication with patients, and community outreach to promote our wellness initiatives. We are looking to train this position to be a neuromodulation technician in the future. Must have the ability to be detail oriented and good computer skills. Comfortable working with patients and excellent communication skills. Someone who is consistent, organized, and a self-starter will excel in this role. An interest in neuroanatomy and physiology and desire to learn more is key. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and warmly with people.

• Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Maintain focus and productivity with minimal oversight.
• Foster open, honest, and supportive communication within our small, tight-knit team.
• Think critically and proactively solve problems.
• Coordinate and manage wellness programs and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Track and report on program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Prepare patients for QEEG and neuromodulation 

Requirements:

• Certification or degree in health and wellness, public health, or a related field.
• Experience in wellness program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in wellness and health promotion and neuromodulation.
• Spanish is a plus
• Experience with neurofeedback or neurotherapy is a plus
