Job Description

SUMMARY

Oversees and assumes charge of assigned ride(s)/attraction(s). Assists guests in getting safely on and off attraction(s). Operate (s)/attraction(s) safely and efficiently. Provide a safe, friendly and fun experience for our guests. Help with opening and closing duties and ticket checking and crowd control responsibilities as needed. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Park set up
• Shoveling & clearing snow
• Keeping park litter free
• Park closing clean up
• Assisting guests onto and off of rides and attractions
• Provide excellent customer service
• Protecting the safety of yourself, co-workers and the guests of Cranmore Mountain Resort guests at all times
• Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay
• Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of you or others
