We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills for one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years! The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with their coverage
• Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan
• Help clients choose insurance policies that fit their unique needs.
• Keep organized and ensure a smooth experience for each client.
• Follow up with clients regularly to maintain satisfaction and address questions.
• Stay up-to-date with insurance trends and regulations.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
