Title: Workday Business Analyst
Location: Ashburn VA ( 3 Days Onsite role)
Duration: 12 Months
NOTE: 3 Years of recent Workday recruiting experience is a must.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to be a part of our Talent Acquisition COE.
This role will assist in our upcoming TA tech stack implementation to include Workday Recruiting, CRM, Events and AI.
This is a contract position that requires a professional with a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and talent acquisition systems, specifically Workday.
The successful candidate will play an active role in the implementation.
This individual will also assist in supporting sub-projects related to the implementation such as clean up, configuration consultation, testing, and postproduction adoption.
This role will also lead PM miscellaneous projects within the TA Optimization team.
