Overview

• Write coherent routine reports and effective business letters including justifications for zoning applications.
• Ability to review and interpret municipal zoning codes and state regulations pertaining to wireless facilities, as well as substantial knowledge of Eligible Facilities Requests/Section 6409
• Read and interpret documents such as title reports, leases, easements, plat maps, topography maps, zoning codes and zoning filing requirements.
• Competently complete complex zoning applications.
• Submit zoning filings and represent client throughout the permitting process, including public hearing presentations before governmental bodies, as required.
• Fulfill various client documentation and deliverable requirements.
• Participation in project calls with client representatives.
